1. General Provisions
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between tk10 and the user. By accessing the tk10 platform, registering, or using any service, the user gives full consent to these terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the site.

These terms apply to tk10's website, mobile application and all digital platforms. These provisions remain in effect when using casino games, sports betting, live casino or any entertainment service.
1.3 Language and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on tk10 and take part in any gaming or betting activity, the user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be cancelled at any time.
Important: For age verification, tk10 authorities may request a national identity card or other valid identity document at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
2.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address or payment method is prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of bonuses.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
3. Account Management
3.1 Protection of Login Details
The user is required to keep their username and password completely confidential. Responsibility for any unauthorised use of the account rests with the account holder. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify tk10 support immediately via 24/7 live chat.
3.2 Account Verification
For security purposes, tk10 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. The user may be asked to submit a national identity card, bank statement or proof of payment method. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary suspension of the account.
3.3 Updating Account Information
If contact details change, the user is responsible for updating their account profile. tk10 is not liable for any service disruption caused by outdated information.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on tk10 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Please note: Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit — via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.
4.3 Account Matching
Before processing a withdrawal request, tk10 confirms that the deposit method and withdrawal method are in the same person's name. If any discrepancy is found, additional verification will be carried out.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wager of 10 times the bonus must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and to withdraw that bonus a total wagering of ৳20,000 × 1 = ৳20,000 must be completed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus offer may be claimed only once by a user within the specified time limit.
- A bonus can never be withdrawn directly as cash — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the required wagering has been met.
- If there is an active bonus on the account at the time of claiming a bonus, the new bonus will not be added.
- tk10 authorities reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through dishonest means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the bonus.
5.3 Other Promotions

6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Finality of Game Results
All game results are determined through an automated system. In the event of a technical error, tk10 authorities will review the result and make a final decision. tk10 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out due to a system error.
6.2 Betting Limits
The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or betting market are clearly stated in the game interface. Specific betting limits may apply when using a bonus balance.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football or other sports, if an event is completed or cancelled, tk10 will make a decision in accordance with its betting policy for that event. If a match is suspended, bets are generally refunded.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10 platform:
- Using computer programs, bots or automated software to bet or play games.
- Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts (by arbitrage or otherwise).
- Accessing or operating another user's account.
- Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Making deposits using a third party's funds.
Consequences: Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all bonuses and, where applicable, legal action.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1 Protection of Personal Data

8.2 SSL Encryption
All transactions and personal data are encrypted using SSL technology. tk10's servers and systems undergo third-party security testing.

10. Account Closure
10.1 Closure at User's Request
A user may request to close their account at any time. After submitting a request via support chat, an opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided.
10.2 Closure by tk10 Authorities
In cases of rule violations, suspicious activity, suspected money laundering or failure to complete account verification, tk10 authorities reserve the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice.
10.3 Data Retention After Closure
Even after an account is closed, tk10 retains transaction data for a specified period for legal and security purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Interruptions
tk10 is not obligated to provide compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues or external causes. Every effort is made to resolve any issue promptly.
11.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
tk10 is not liable in any way for losses in games or betting. Gaming decisions are entirely the user's own.
11.3 Third-Party Services
tk10 is not liable for delays or inconvenience caused by issues with payment gateways or game providers, but will assist in resolving such problems.
12. Right to Amend Terms
12.1 How Changes Are Made
tk10 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
12.2 Continued Use After Changes
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be taken to mean that the user has agreed to the new terms. It is recommended that this page be reviewed regularly.
